Multiple Payment Cases: If multiple payments are made for the same booking and this is confirmed by the payment gateway, Hotel City Square will process the refund once the amount is credited to our account. Refunds may take 7-10 working days to process. Alternatively, the excess amount can be adjusted toward a future booking at the payer's request.
3. Other Payment Discrepancies: For any other payment discrepancies, customers must contact Hotel City Square directly. The management's decision on such matters will be final and binding.
